HIIT bodyweight workout

An effective workout you can do at home!

For each move do as many as you can or hold it for 45 seconds each with a 15 second break.

At the end of a round have a 2 minute rest. 

Do as many rounds as you can! 

Once you can do 4 rounds extend 

each move to 1 minute.
