I hope you have all had a great Christmas and are enjoying the holidays. Here's just a post update in case you haven't been following my social media (codes and tags above). I have now left my location of The Gym Leeds Meanwood and now have my own studio space (address above). As it is the holidays I am taking time off and will be back up and running on the 7th January 2019! I will then be able to take on any new clients and also help with those new years resolutions!
