Motivation is hard! I struggle getting myself to workout sometimes, especially after a long days work. But if I don’t, I regret it. ⁣

Sometimes you just really have to push yourself because in the end it will leave you feeling great! ⁣

Some ways that help me are finding an album or playlist that you want to listen to but can do a workout with! ⁣

Grabbing a friend or family member and working out together or even going to a fitness class together! One of the best ways to get you to exercise is having someone else to do it with you, as you can motivate each other! ⁣
