Motivation is hard! I struggle getting myself to workout sometimes, especially after a long days work. But if I don’t, I regret it.
Sometimes you just really have to push yourself because in the end it will leave you feeling great!
Some ways that help me are finding an album or playlist that you want to listen to but can do a workout with!
Grabbing a friend or family member and working out together or even going to a fitness class together! One of the best ways to get you to exercise is having someone else to do it with you, as you can motivate each other!
