What is making you get up this Monday morning? What is keeping you motivated this week?
My mantra this week is "Keep going, Keep growing". Nothing happens if you just stand still, so I'm focusing on doing what I can to grow in all aspects. I want to be mentally stronger, physically fitter and eating well. These are all big goals but I can do little things every day to achieve them and so can you!
