Step 1 - Come & Meet Us (Free - 30 mins*)

Come and meet us, see our studio and find out what personal training can do for you. Get your questions answered, find out how we can help you with your goals and give you realistic expectations, so you can see what your journey could look like.  Most of all let's have a friendly chat and get to know each other.

Step 2 - Consultation & Health Assessments (60-90 mins*)

​

This can be bought as a one-off session or if you have signed up for Personal Training with us, it will be your 1st session.**

During this session, we delve into more detail around your lifestyle, current levels of fitness activity, your eating and drinking habits and do some basic Health Assessments.  As a standard, this will include height, weight, body measurements, blood pressure, pulse, O2 saturation levels.  We will discuss your health and fitness goals using the information from the session to give us both of us a clearer picture of what needs to be done to achieve them and get there safely.

Step 3 - Fitness Assessments (60 mins*)

​

This can be bought as a one-off session or if you have signed up for Personal Training with us, it will be your 2nd session.**

During this session we will assess your current levels of fitness to use as a starting point to further refine your goals and to develop and tailor your programme and future PT sessions.  As a standard, the assessments will include cardiovascular levels, strength levels, endurance levels, posture, range of movement and flexibility.

 

Step 4 - Session 3 onwards (60 mins*)

​

These will be your main PT sessions where you will learn the exercises, be shown your programmes, discuss nutrition, check goals and progress made towards them. Oh, and of course you will do your best workout with the right motivation, guidance and fun all built-in. Depending on your goals you will have assessment reviews at regular intervals which will include relevant Health Assessments and Fitness Assessments to provide us both with information to assess progress and make adaptations to goals or programmes if we agree this is needed.
