Do you know all 6 of your vitamins? Read the list below!

Vitamin A - Cheese, Eggs, Oily Fish, Milk, Yoghurt, Liver and Pate

Vitamin B - Milk, Eggs, Wholegrains, Liver, Fortified Cereal (cornflakes, Cheerios), Fish, Oats, Potatoes, Chicken, Broccoli.


Vitamin C - Oranges, Orange Juice, Peppers, Strawberries, Blackcurrants, Broccoli, Sprouts, Potatoes.


Vitamin D- Oily Fish, Red Meat, Liver, Egg Yolks, Fortified Foods (cereals and spreads).


Vitamin E - Plant Oils, Nuts, Seeds, Wheatgerm, Soya, Corn and Olive Oil.


Vitamin K - Green Leafy Vegetables (Broccoli and Spinach), Vegetable Oils, Cereal Grains.


Use this to help your diet and make sure you are getting all your nutritious vitamins!
